Built by people who have spent their careers on sequencing-based infectious disease diagnostics.
SeqDx develops sequencing-based diagnostics for respiratory infections. Its first assay, NTM-Seq, is the only culture-independent NTM test that resolves species across the full NTM range (170+) and reads acquired macrolide and aminoglycoside resistance directly from the specimen.

Manoj Dadlani
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer
Manoj co-founded SeqDx. He led CosmosID as CEO from 2015 until its 2023 merger with Clinical Microbiomics to form Cmbio, where he serves as Executive Chairman. Earlier, he ran the US business of Applied Value Group and co-founded Rasa Industries. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Biological Engineering from Cornell University.

Benjamin Briggs, MD, PhD
Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer
Ben is a board-certified pediatric infectious disease physician focused on sequencing-based diagnosis of infections that elude conventional methods. Before SeqDx, he was Chief Medical Officer of CosmosID and led medical and scientific affairs at IDbyDNA. He trained in clinical metagenomics in the Chiu lab at UCSF and is an Assistant Professor at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He earned his MD and PhD at the University at Buffalo.

Ramine Mirdamadi
Head of Partnerships
Ramine has spent more than a decade commercializing infectious disease diagnostics, from syndromic PCR at BioFire to clinical metagenomics at IDbyDNA (Illumina) and Karius, where he led commercial strategy and partnerships.

Karlis Graubics
Head of Product
Karlis leads product development and launch at SeqDx. Over seven years at CosmosID, he ran laboratory operations and product management, built and validated NGS and PCR laboratory-developed tests in a CLIA environment, and represented the lab in CLIA and client audits.

Nathan Ledeboer, PhD, D(ABMM)
Chairman of the Board
Nate is Professor and Vice Chair of Pathology at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where he directs the Clinical Microbiology and Molecular Diagnostics laboratories. He completed his clinical microbiology fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis after earning his PhD in Microbiology at the University of Iowa.
